Specs: 3 stories (plus basement), 8 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1 quarter bath, second-story flag access area. Exterior brown bricks with dark green and tan trim. Interior features decadent woodwork including finished boardroom. Maximum capacity: 12 Residents.

Distance: Just off campus, two blocks from the library and most classes. Much more central than most other off-campus housing.

History: The house in 1897, was the Christopher H. Starke-Charles and Matilda Baerwald House. Most of Kilbourn Ave. residences were built in the 1880s and 1890s. Most of these homes were originally owned by business executives and merchants. The styles of these houses are of Queen Anne and Romanesque style with a large influence from German and Flemish architecture.

The house is also believed to have been a guest house for Frederick Pabst of the Pabst Brewing Company.
